2. Use of Website
The Site is provided for informational purposes about our landscape design, installation, and maintenance services.
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
All content (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and designs) is the property of Earth1 and may not be used without written consent.
3. Services
Earth1 provides landscape design (2D & 3D renderings), installation (softscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting), and ongoing maintenance (including organic-first pest and disease control).
Some services may be subcontracted to qualified professionals.
Project proposals, estimates, and contracts will define specific deliverables, costs, and warranties.
4. Service Process
Our standard 4-step process includes:
Consultation – Initial property visit, measurements, and draft plan.
Design – Development of preliminary and final 2D/3D renderings. Includes one revision.
Construction – Permits, demolition, grading, irrigation, hardscape, planting, features, and cleanup.
Maintenance – Weekly organic-first landscape care and safety inspections.
5. Payments & Billing
Payment terms are defined in your service agreement.
Deposits may be required prior to beginning work.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, debit, and credit (transaction fees apply for card payments).
Financing referrals may be available upon request.
Late payments may result in service suspension and/or late fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate property and project information, including site access, permits, and approvals.
Earth1 is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or damages caused by client misrepresentation, lack of access, or unforeseen site conditions.
7. Subcontracting
Earth1 may subcontract services but remains responsible for quality control unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Landscaping outcomes are influenced by natural elements (soil, weather, plant growth, etc.); Earth1 cannot guarantee results outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earth1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our Site or services.
9. Warranty
Any warranties are described in your service agreement.
Standard warranties exclude damage from neglect, misuse, natural disasters, or lack of proper care.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available on earth1.me).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Site access or service agreement if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Orange County, California.
13. Changes to Terms
Earth1 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
